Our aim is to provide holidays at Levalsa which are affordable.

To do this, we will be taking bookings privately through this website.

Levalsa is a peaceful and serene space suited to lovers of nature, the seaside and suitable for children and well behaved dogs. All accommodation is simple and comfortable.

The water at Levalsa is on a private tested bore hole supply. The water is UV filtered and is incredibly pure. We have Levalsa water tested every six months. Its amazing to be able to offer our guests this beautiful Cornish water. The showers are all gravity fed. The water pressure here is good but it is pumped from 70 metres below and therefore will not be the same as mains water.

Because of the age and nature of the house and cottage, Levalsa is chiefly heated by economy seven storage heaters to maintain a constant temperature. These can be backed up with electric heaters when needed. Levalsa and the cottages are warm as the walls are so thick. Windows need to be opened daily to air the properties and care for the infrastructure.
